Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and a strong technical background in campaign setup, training, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a thorough understanding of marketing campaign management within a technical context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and configure marketing campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics - Marketing Insights.
- Provide comprehensive technical training to the US marketing team on campaign setup and management.
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues related to campaign execution, including data integrations, automation workflows, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure successful campaign launches and ongoing technical support.
- Assist in the configuration of complex marketing campaigns leveraging advanced features and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics - Marketing Insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics - Marketing Insights in a technical capacity.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
