MS SQL Developer

The ETL Developer will collaborate with a US Customer and is responsible for development from analysis through implementation and support of applications from detailed specifications. As a ETL Developer in the Microsoft environment, you’ll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our software products for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on ETL SSRS / SSIS Development, adoption of modern software engineering & delivery practices
  • Ensure clear documentation of created/modified functionality
  • You will also be responsible for interfacing and working directly with US client teams and supporting the operations.
  • Gather requirements and creates system specifications for small, standalone projects
  • Assist in refining system specifications for complex projects
  • Translate detailed program specifications for less complex problems and clearly defined segments of more complex programs into coded computer instructions


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of strong experience in Microsoft SQL Sever, Advanced T-SQL, Stored procedures, Triggers etc. Very strong in writing SQL Queries and debugging large SQL Queries
  • 3+ years of experience building, debugging and improving complex SQL Server Integration Services - SSIS pipelines
  • 3+ years of experience building reports in SQL Server Reporting Services – SSRS
  • 2+ years of experience in C#
  • Experience with SQL Query optimization and CI/CD environment.
  • Experience in Javascript is a bonus
  • Results oriented, willing to take responsibility and accept accountability for action.
  • Good analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in an Agile, globally distributed environment
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small teams a plus
