The Senior SSIS Developer requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step into different roles depending on the size and scope of the project. The data-focused, self-motivated candidate will have proven experience implementing successful data integration solutions on key projects in a collaborative and agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement test plans to verify quality code and data, ensuring ETL processes maintain data integrity
- Provide full lifecycle support from implementation to maturity of DI solutions
- Help manage risk through identification of data quality issues and raise awareness to business and IT stakeholders
- Identify project risks and impediments, notify management, and proactively work with other members of the team to complete assigned tasks as defined by project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Help project teams develop solutions that enable businesses to capitalize on Business Intelligence in the drive toward gaining a competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 6+ years of strong experience in Microsoft SQL Sever, Advanced T-SQL, Stored procedures, Triggers etc. Very strong in writing SQL Queries and debugging large SQL Queries
- 5+ years of experience building, debugging and improving complex SQL Server Integration Services - SSIS pipelines
- 5+ years of experience building reports in SQL Server Reporting Services – SSRS
- 2+ years of experience in C#
- Microsoft Certifications is a huge bonus
- Willing to work 8 hours in US EST timezone directly interfacing with the US customer.
- Results oriented, willing to take responsibility and accept accountability for action.
- Good analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in an Agile, globally distributed environment
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams a plus
